cooperation with AIBA - WSB & Indian Boxing Federation using
TransStadia's sporting expertise. The company will bring the best
of International Boxing in India. The company will associate with
the best in the business of sport and entertainment to ensure the
success of this project.
TransStadia Boxing is a subsidiary of SE TransStadia Pvt Ltd
which is an integrated sports company with interests in sport
infrastructure, technology development & manufacturing, and
Sports IP development and management. The company was established
as a part of the Setco Group in Oct 2008.
TransStadia has exclusive licenses for the patented StadiArena
& T-Box technologies that augment stadium utilization from the
current 2% per annum to over 67% per annum.
The company has signed a pioneering PPP agreement with the
Government of Gujarat to develop sport in the state. As part of
this agreement the company will build sport infrastructure across
the state, conduct competitions and nurture talent.
TransStadia also hosts India's leading sports convention the
India International Sports Summit (IISS).
