Former British Youth Lightweight Champion Luke McCormack made his WSB debut in Season V with a unanimous points win over Morocco Atlas Lions’ Abdellah Boudrar. He beat the same opponent by the same margin in his first appearance of Season VI, before going on to defeat Ukrainian Vitaliy Solyanik in the Quarter-Finals and Kazakh Zakir Safiullin in the semis, earning himself a strong reputation on the World Series circuit.
